What about all of the good he did for 60 frigging years,he put Penn st on the map,but now cuz of politcal correctness and not offending people his statue comes down ,what about all the good he did year after year after year.I'll say it again Sandusky did this not Paterno ,he just showed bad leadership skills and I'm not too sure that protecting a collegue till the facts were out were not the right thing to do.People who live in glass houses shouldnt throw stones and if everyone looks at their own lives in the mirror ,"I guarantee" that Joe Paterno has lead a cleaner better life then almost all of us".

Disagree completely joe pa knew what sandusky was doing and did everything he could to protect him. He even allowed him to keep an office on campus after he retired so he could molest more children. If he were still alive he should be charged with aiding and abiding. As far as the facts joe knew what the facts were he just tried to hide them from us to protect his legacy and the colleges reputation. No that was not the morally correct thing to do. I mean unless you consider looking out for number one to be the morally correct thing to do. Cause when you get right down to it that's exactly what he has doing. He put his legacy above child safety and clearly had no concern for sandusky's victims. Hell he even let him stay on campus after he found out so it would seem that he didn't even care about future victims. That's the part i have the biggest problem with. If i have a cousin who is a child molester and i'm the boss at a daycare i sure as hell ain't giving the guy a job.
