Why hasnt Geno Auriemma ever coached Men,he must be bangin his fair share of these bitches

SEATTLE (AP) It was a whirlwind few days for Geno Auriemma and the U.S. women's Olympic basketball team.

Now they'll go their separate ways until reconvening July 14 to start training again for the London Games.

''It went by fast,'' Auriemma said. ''Hopefully coming out of this weekend the players have a better expectation of what I'm looking for from them. Now we'll see how much they improve over the next two months while they are playing in the WNBA and then we'll really get started in July.''

The weekend started with a 1 1/2-hour practice on Friday night and concluded with a scrimmage against Japan on Sunday. Sandwiched in between was a 38-point rout of China in an exhibition game.

good luck tonight guys, id use caution early in the season. alot of teams have big roster turnover in the off-season and alot of players are out as they appear for the olympics. With new coaches and players, it can take 3 games or so for each team to see their style and ability. i will be at work tonight and missing the game, so no 2h action for me.

lucky to get the push on the ny total, but the pace was deff there for the game to go over. both teams shot under 40%, 7/27 from 3, and 26/39 from the free throw line

thanks heart. didnt notice taurasi was out today, didnt see it on vegasinsider and a few other sites i looked at. would have played this game differently, hopefully it still works out. this can be a problem with the wnba, info can be hard to find. either way i dropped the ball

conn is a strong team at home, with so many former uconn players on the roster, they get a great home crowd and they feed off that energy. it is however very hard to cover back to back vs the same opponent. i havent fully looked over the game yet.

looks like i should have played the over like i originally wanted too, but talked myself out of it. 5-1 start in the first week of the season is about as good as i can hope. hopefully a few more people make their way down to the wnba forum and get in on some of the games

three card game tonight for the wnba with some good matchups so lets take a closer look at them.

    minn vs ny

minn is coming off winning the title last year and got off to a great start putting up over 100 pts in their opener. ny is 0-2 and i feel they are already feeling like this is a must win game to turn the season around. Minn is just too deep and athletic in this matchup for me to not see how they cant win. minn should be able to push the tempo and move the ball around for easy pts. i think pondexter will have a good game, but see minn pulling away by mid 3rd qtr for a comfy win. minn 88, ny 76

phnx vs tulsa- two teams that love to run and neither really play great defense. i expect dt to be back tonight with a few days of extra rest for her hip. if houston can stay hot for phnx pts should be plentiful in this matchup. phnx should bounce back and score close to 100 tonight and tulsa will do their part vs a band phnx def. id play phnx if knew dt was completely healthy, but i cant be certain she gives it a go. phnx 96 tulsa 85

seattle vs la- these two teams tipped off the season and now meet in the back end of a home n home a few days later, seattle really should have won the first matchup but collapsed in the 4th qtr. Typically seattles def is much better the 2nd time around they face you and i expect them to grind out the game and possibly come away with the road upset. either way it will be a closer, low scoring game in my mind. seattle 67 la 69

im not sure when covers updates. i know i got tulsa/phnx over at 175 and it drifted up to atleast 176, off the top of my head, cant think what ur 2nd game is?

i mean are you betting the games? if so just post what you got and use that, or post 10 mins before tip. honestly in my opinion i dont see the value in the blind plays you are doing, i havent looked at the back dated numbers like you might have, but dogs and unders esp early dogs just doesnt seem profitable accross the board

right now the books are trying to figure out where each team is, so lines are kind of soft, so if you have an idea of who you view as superior teams, you can attack that. once 10 games or so are played and teams build identies, lines will start to move and where minn was -6 yesterday they might be -9.5 the next time they play ny, bc minn is 8-2 and ny is 3-7 at that point.

hi will post what i get i lost one on day 2 i think line wound up around 150 ND I Hd 149 and lost i think you mentioned that game also one of yesterdays games ws different. i looked at last yr stats and noticed that home teams and unders wound up around 58% unders 55%. on top of that i will have my bet against the home team on game 3 first game is the 30th. when you take this out of the regular evasion then home teams move up near 60%. i still work close to full time and don't have time for studies and handicapping so i lok for previous history and hope it works a second yr. so far am 5-5 both home teams and over under. for instance last 2 yrs in college football road favorites wound up over 58%. anyhow as always thanks for your thoughts and your doing better than i am so i may pay more attention to your selections. go jay hawks::)) heart222
