well i talked to someone in chat and was told that since i signed up with americas bookie first that i should deposit through them. So i tried and i'm having the same problem. It says call 1 877 482 6948 but nobody will answer the phone just some automated voice that keeps saying thankyou for calling. Not sure why they want to make it so difficult to make a simple visa deposit?

actually when i try to sign up at 1vice it wants my email. When i give it said email it says email already in system. When i go into chat they tell me that i don't actually have an account at 1vice but they don't suggest making one if i already have an account with ab Now the email is easy to solve just use another email addy. I'm just scared that they will see that i have an account at both places and close them both.

i still have to deposit through Ab though cause when i asked in chat i was told that since i joined ab first they couldn't help me and that i needed to call ab. If ab doesn't email me back by tomorrow i may just open a different account at 1vice under a different email. At least they are easier to get in contact with.

same thing happened to me. i originally had a bet33 acct then also opened a 1vice acct. played at both for a bit but then I was forced to only play at bet33 cause I started there. No biggie but I would of liked to be able to play at both.

They still haven't contacted me. It was after 7 when i gave my email to CG last night. Maybe they had already gone to bed. At any rate if they don't contact me today i'm gonna try to open an account at 1vice. I don't have anything against AB but i want beg them to take my money.

I think this is the worst downfall for this entire group of sportsbooks.
I don't think one should have to email or call anyone to request a payout as most sportsbooks offer you deposit/cashout options once you login and visit the cashier section. Once you request the payout or deposit info is provided or emailed at the most. I like how CaribSports does it.

Well I for one like to have players call me so I can ask them whats the easiest way for us to get them their money, which method they prefer, also so I can explain the best options for them and explain about the weekly free payouts!
Plus,, and this is the most important thing, I like to keep track of who is expecting money and that way I can bust the balls of the accounting department every 15 or 20 minutes to get it out FAST!
I think we try to have a more open and personal relationship with you guys, But if you guys want us to go ALL automated so you can just deal with the computer ,,, I will look into it... THANKS!

Prepaid gift cards would be a nice addition

Well they should be able to choose what method they prefer in the banking section online... The free payouts info can be listed and clerks shouldn't have to bust balls on payouts. If accounting is slow the operation is poorly managed or just flat out broke. I guess I disagree 100% because if they want to call they will the numbers are listed all over the website

I'm not saying the payouts or skills lack at all!!
All I'm saying is the obvious, members should have the option that's all.

are you really complaining that they don't have a online cashier?
Many A+ books require you to call in as well and i don't see anyone bitching about that.

All of that may be true.
But do any of those guys give 100% bonuses on every deposit or reload? Do any of them give 1 free payout per week? Do they do same day lightning fast payouts?
I guarantee that your not able to reach your representative there 24 hrs a day like you are here. They may have us on the cashier issue but I think that is a very small issue compared to all the other perks we offer to players!
Just my $0.02

I'm not trying to step on anyone's toes. I like 1vice and the bet33 brand I have for years just would be a nice addition. Plus it keeps the round table happy when they report to me on "how things going"
