    Exclamation I did not realize 5DIMES had a

    Rewards program. Signed up along time ago 7 years ago. Recently I was looking for some information on their site and stumbled across it. You have to "sign" up for it. They will not credit anything that was done before you had signed up.

    I like 5dimes offerings but their CS department really sucks, personally I'd rather not deal with a anyone that doesnt respect their customers.

    There rewards program has a lot of rules to it (you have to lose overall for the year pretty sure). I love how many offering they have but there customer services does leave a little to be desired.

    Yes agree the Customer service Reps are crabby and treat you like you are interrupting their web surfing .....probably underpaid

    It's been awhile since i played there. I found myself loving how many offering they had on sports but then end up losing hundreds of dollars on third level Swedish soccer

    there cs does need alot of work and if get tony on a bad day he will close your account in a heartbeat i have read on sbr that he has done alot of people that way

    Customer support really makes a difference. In my case, if the customer support is bad I just stop playing on that book.
